ok, so here is one of my first non- CTMH layouts. I scraplifted it from one of the scrapbooking magazines, Memory Makers, I think. So mostly it is scraps from my stash. Some CTMH. Gees I need to wipe the finger prints of of that photo! I wish I had added more color to the leaves, but I think I can go back and fix that with some markers.I hand drew the tree, it came out ok, but I think I will try Ann's tree technique next time I make a tree. I had some leaf stamps from the $1 section at Target, Clock ones that I got from Archivers, and the owl was cut from my MM Slice Machine. I had to add some details for it though. I chose this picture because holding a sleeping little one is getting to be a bit of rarity this days with my youngest being 2. I put in some journaling to be pulled out from behind the photo. The title is also cut our with my Slice Machine.
